Take responsibility for the combination, strategic orientation and further development of all information relevant to the production of our products and design the data quality as a key to corporate success. Leadership and development of a team of specialists in master data management and data architecture Design and implementation of a future-oriented Product Master Data Strategy with a focus on material stem (SAP ERP), document platform (SAP ECTR) and associated processes Building and establishing a data-driven corporate culture Fun at structuring and organizing large amounts of data Initiation and management of multi-site digital projects Support for stakeholders such as production, logistics, Product Regulatory, controlling in building their data quality and company-wide harmonisation of processes Increasing the standardization, automation and integration of innovative software solutions (e.g. use AI) to efficiently organize the steadily growing data volumes in the company Monitoring relevant KPIs and ensuring company-wide compliance with data strategy

Degree in Business Informatics, Economic Engineering, Economics, Data Science, Computer Science or Comparative Qualifications Multiannual practical experience in master data management, ideally in the SAP S/4HANA environment as well as in handling modern data management tools Experience in the leadership and development of interdisciplinary teams in the data-driven environment Embossed process understanding and fun to structured and solve complex data-related requirements together with the specialist areas Strong analytical and solution-oriented operation Impressed communication strength, persuasive power and ability to cooperate at all hierarchical levels High level of self-initiative, self-employment and enthusiasm for data-driven transformation Very good knowledge of German and English
