Project Manager Facility Management (m/w/d)

As project manager in Facility Management, you take responsibility for the planning, control and monitoring of maintenance and construction measures. You are a central interface between customers, service providers and internal departments and ensure the smooth running of all technical and infrastructural processes. Responsible planning, coordination and monitoring of maintenance and repair measures at technical installations Control and control of external service providers (maintenance, inspection and repair) Collection, testing and commissioning of offers and cost control (Controlling) Organisation and implementation of tenders for construction and maintenance projects in cooperation with expert planners, architects and experts Planning and monitoring of all current projects Processing and tracking of damages Customer support and advice as well as ensuring high service quality Support for organisational tasks, e.g. project setups or special projects

Completed training in technical and/or commercial areas First experience in facility management, construction or technical project management Embossed organisational skills and independent and structured working High customer orientation and communication strength Teamability, flexibility and resilience Responsibility and reliable work Well-kept appearance and good handling Very good knowledge of German in word and writing driving licence class B
