Head of the Association's Management team with currently 6 employees Budget (application of budget and annual accounts, budget implementation, awarding, levying) Organisational personnel responsibility for the employees of the association Head of Human Resources Organisation Management of committee meetings Processing of matters of the Association bodies (representation of templates, Statutes) Organisation of elections to the Association Assembly, the Board of Directors and the Committees clarification of administrative issues Creation of service instructions and service agreements

Higher education as an administration, management/public management, business or comparable qualification Knowledge of administrative law and the functioning of public administrations Knowledge of doppic accounting as well as in SAP are basic prerequisites Possibly relevant professional experience in the aforementioned areas of work Organisational capacity and reliability Experience in personnel management desired Self-employed Ability to work in the team, especially for cooperation with partner institutions Safe handling of MS Office, especially with Excel
