QHSE Engineer - Railway Industry (m/f/d)

Development, implementation and maintenance of the integrated management system (IMS) for the German market Establishment and implementation of a quality, environment, work security & maintenance strategy in accordance with legal, regulatory and customer requirements Ensuring an effective and norm-compliant management system (including ISO 9001, 22163, 14001, 45001, ECM 2019/779, ISO 27001) Control of all activities to obtain and maintain ISO & ECM certifications Management and governance of the internal and external audit programme Creation, care and regular review of all relevant policies Implementation of internal training on quality, environment and occupational safety Support for management and projects through risk management and close cooperation with internal stakeholders & external service providers

Technical or economic studies (e.g. further training); Benefits in occupational/health protection At least 5 years of experience in occupational and health protection across different working environments, ideally in the railway environment Very good knowledge of laws, standards and regulatory requirements in quality, environment & occupational safety Experience in the creation and maintenance of regulatory guidelines & procedures as well as in the handling of KPIs and management systems Safe handling of internal/external audits and relevant standards (e.g. ISO 9001, 22163, 14001, 45001, ECM 2019/779, ISO 27001) High organisational and analytical capacity, pronounced communication strength; German & English fluent, Spanish from advantage
