For the Respiratory section we are looking for a:n

Therapy Area Specialist / Pharmareferent (m/w/d) Respiratory (COPD) Area: Konstanz, Villingen-Schwenningen, Göppingen, Neckarsulm.

Influence: Care and expert advice from specialists: in clinics and in the established area - with scientific expertise and special focus on COPD.

Analysis and evaluation of available market data, including market and potential analysis for identifying opportunities and development opportunities in the respective area.

Consistent implementation of the corporate strategy by developing tailor-made measures such as training and training concepts - tailored to the individual needs of the respective target groups.

Creation of account plans taking into account the available budget and in close cooperation with the fields of medicine, marketing and therapy area specialists from other regions.

Implementation of account strategies and plans with strict compliance with all internal and external guidelines and current codes.

Close cooperation with First Line Sales Managers, Medical Science Liaison Managers and the marketing team to gain sound stakeholder insights and optimize the coordination of marketing, sales and medical activities.

Development and implementation of innovative training concepts, which are based on the current needs of the customers.

Participation in congresses, sponsorships and events for the care of existing customer relationships as well as for their own professional development.

Strengths prove: A completed study of the business economy or natural sciences - alternatively a qualification as a tested:r Pharmareferent:in.

Multiannual experience in the care of doctors in clinics and in the established area as an external service worker:in as well as experience in the therapeutic areas respiratory tracts or in other specialty care areas such as rheumatology.

Deep understanding of products, markets and customer needs.

Experience in account management and strategic customer development.

Embossed communication strength, team capacity and a high degree of flexibility and self-initiative.

Travel readiness as well as very good knowledge in MS Office.

German language skills and good English skills.
