Mechanic / Mechatronics Technician / Locksmith (m/f/d)

This is your area of activity:

• Assembly and mechanical construction of packaging machines and assemblies
• commissioning of packaging machines
• Systematic entry and adjustment of the machines up to the optimal cycle number
• Optimization of machine sequences in terms of productivity, dosing accuracy and process stability
• Adapting machines to different products and film materials
• Conducting test runs and FAT (Factory Acceptance Tests)
• fault analysis and elimination of mechanical and mechatronic disturbances
• Participation in SAT operations with the customer (voluntary)
• Close cooperation with design, development and assembly
• Documentation of setting parameters, test results and optimizations
• Compliance with quality, safety and process standards

Take this with you:

• Complete training as a mechatronic, mechanic
• or a comparable technical qualification
• Technical understanding and interest in complex machinery and equipment
• Pleasure of working, analyzing and optimizing processes
• Experience in mechanical engineering or commissioning of advantage
• willingness to work into new technologies and products
• Careful, structured and independent operation
• Team skills, commitment and responsibility
• Motivation not only to use machines, but to really understand
