We are looking for a German- and English-language technical consultant (time and attendance system) (w/m/d) who works with internal stakeholders in Germany and Austria to help the provider identify the necessary requirements for setting up a Kronos Pro WFM Time and Attendance system in accordance with the European Blueprint. This position is limited to 1 year and can be executed remotely, but includes travel activities in Germany/Austria (approx. 10%).

This role includes direct communication with internal stakeholders to understand their business requirements, compliance requirements and workforce management processes and ensure seamless system implementation.

Your tasks:

Stakeholder engagement: Conducting meetings with German-speaking stakeholders to collect business requirements related to time and attendance. Requirements: Identification of important business processes, planning requirements of the workforce and compliance requirements that are specific to the German/Austrian labour market. System configuration input: documentation and translation of business requirements in functional specifications for the setup of the Kronos system. Regulatory compliance: Ensure that the establishment of the Kronos system complies with German labour laws, working time regulations and collective agreements. Collaboration: Close cooperation with the provider's implementation teams, the IT project team, local payroll and HR experts to ensure smooth transition. Documentation: Provide clear and structured documentation of the collected requirements for internal use and system configuration.

Your profile:

Proven experience with time and presence systems. Strong understanding of German labour laws and compliance requirements. German and English language skills (in word and writing) - German is essential and prerequisite for this position Experience in requirements collection, stakeholder management and business process analysis. Ability to communicate technical requirements for both business and IT teams. Experience with HRIS, workforce management or wage billing systems is beneficial. Experience with Kronos Pro WFM or Workforce Central Expertise in HR, wage billing or workforce management consulting. Confidence with German labour regulations (company constitution law, labour law, etc.).
