To create legal certainty: With your exper­tise, you will consult the Executive Board and departments on data protection issues, be a contact person for supervisory authorities and con­cile data protection compliant, practical solutions in the team. Data protection: You keep an eye on the compliance of statutory and internal data protection requirements throughout the Group, conduct the data protection team in compliance and develop the data protection management system in a consistent manner. Control reporting processes: assess data protection and security incidents and report them to the supervisory authorities, in close agreement with our IT and information security. Employees: With targeted and creative solutions and awareness formats, you strengthen the data protection awareness of our employees in the indoor and outdoor services. In order to ensure that data protection is maintained, You are accompanied by the proper provision of information on processing, the role of processors, the implementation of data protection impact assessments and the safeguarding of data protection rights.
