As a speaker of the Management of Energy Production / Trade (m/w/d), you make sure that projects, investments and processes are on a solid economic basis. You are working on interfaces between technology, organization and market, assessing decisions with a view to economy and contributing to the responsible use of resources. Strategic and operational support for the management in implementing the corporate strategy and in business development activities Responsible management and coordination of projects and special topics at management level, including acquisition of project or subproject responsibility Creating sound decision bases through the analysis of complex facts, as well as the preparation of reports, concepts and recommendations for action Processing of key figures, statistics and management reports to manage and support entrepreneurial decisions Conception and creation of high-quality presentations, lectures and communication documents for internal and external stakeholders Supporting the further development of business segments and business models as well as support in fulfilling reporting and governance requirements

Master's degree in economics, economic engineering or a comparable degree course, ideally focusing on energy management and/or experience in the environment of the energy industry, preferably in the field of renewable energies Relevant professional experience in a strategic, commercial or project-related function Detectional experience in creating and evaluating business cases and ideally practical knowledge in business development Strong entrepreneurial thinking and result orientation, as well as the ability to quickly capture complex relationships and translate them into pragmatic solutions Interest in strategic issues and the development of business models Joy in actively shaping changes and successfully leading projects to the goal High level of professionalism, discretion and reliability in the direct environment of management
