Participation in building the new department After Sales Service Processing of customer withdrawals and factory returns Examination, clarification and processing of cost accounting Coordination and settlement of customer service cases Processing of other services, e.g. repair service Regular exchange with the areas of purchasing, goods receipt and distribution to ensure smooth handling

A successfully completed commercial training knowledge of the SHK segment Safe handling of MS Office Reliable and professional appearance to customers and suppliers High level of self-initiative as well as pronounced service and solution orientation Teamability and good communication skills Joy of regular contact with suppliers, customers and colleagues Enforcement and sovereign handling of conflict situations Structured working with good time management
