Extrajudicial and judicial recovery of terminated loans Preparation and commissioning of enforcement measures of all kinds, excluding real estate enforcement, in the context of daily post and re-preparation Processing of legal questions in the enforcement process, for example appeals Correspondence, negotiations and telephone calls with customers and third-party debtors, lawyers, debt counselling Agreement between the Council and the conclusion of comparisons within the framework of the delegated competence Cooperation in the development of system-based processes and in the design and implementation of system tests

Completed training for or for lawyers (d/m/w) ideally with well-founded knowledge in enforcement or multi-year experience in enforcement Good application-oriented IT skills, especially in MS-Office Impressed communication and negotiation skills and joy in working in the team Independent, structured and reliable operation Flexibility, high motivation and sense of responsibility
