You accept the independent and careful processing of applications Telephone customer contact as well as correspondence via e-mail for queries You are responsible for the continuous data and stock management, e.g. for name and address changes, change of bank connection etc. Supporting our customer advisors in the daily business, including by processing and sorting mail and emails You participate in internal project work such as our digitalization project for insurance documents

You are an immatricated student (m/w/d) at a university / university - we are open to all courses! You convince with your PC and Internet affinity and good MS Office knowledge You have a quick understanding, are a team player and convince by your organizational talent You value direct customer contact and draw your attention through a high level of motivation and communication German language skills in word and writing complete your profile
