Development and optimization of maintenance processes and organisation Ensure the most trouble-free operation of the technical production plants Coordination and support for electrical faults Develop and implement preventive measures to ensure plant availability Implementation of the maintenance objectives in close cooperation with the supervisor Planning, preparation and implementation of revisions as well as troubleshooting and troubleshooting in your own field Planning, project management and commissioning of new plants Professional and personnel management of shift staff including personnel planning, recruitment, training and development

Completed basic electrical training with further training to the maintenance expert or comparable qualification (Technist HF, workshop manager) Multiannual experience in electrical maintenance Good PLC knowledge Leadership experience in a similar function Good IT skills Team-oriented, resilient and strong personality Structured, pragmatic manner
