You accompany and support our customers in the introduction, optimization and further development of solutions for automated document acquisition (e.g. incoming order confirmations & invoices), with particular focus on the document recognition software of Insiders Technologies. You analyze the technical and technical requirements of our customers, advise them on the possibilities of use of our solutions within existing business processes and integrate them into existing system landscapes (e.g. DMS/ECM, ERP). You take Use Cases, evaluate & prioritize these and define recognition logics, classifications and extraction rules. You are responsible for advising cloud and on-premise scenarios, with the current focus on cloud projects, so that you may support the migration of existing on-premise solutions to the cloud. You accompany the commissioning, testing and acceptances throughout the process and carry out updates and release changes. You are responsible for the parameterization & configuration of the document recognition software and extend the logics using the SPL (smart FIX Programming Language). You are in close contact with various project participants (e.g. customers & internal departments) as a contact person for digitalization topics, and you will also conduct workshops, trainings and presentations.

With your completed training in the IT field (e.g. for the specialist informant/in system integration or application development or to/from the Kaufmann/Kauffrau for IT system management) or alternatively your studies in the field of computer science, business informatics or a comparable degree, your knowledge in handling document or text recognition software or with OCR (Optical Character Recognition) and/or IDP (Intelligent Document Processing) systems, Your practical experience in enterprise content management (ECM)/IT/software consulting and/or working on digitalization projects, at best in cooperation with customers, Your basic understanding of IT infrastructure and system architecture, as well as ideally your familiarity in handling solutions from Insiders Technologies or from comparable manufacturers, Your safe German (min. C1) & good English (min. B2) in word and writing, Your basic analytical understanding of business processes and your good sense of individual customer requirements, Your reliable functioning as well as your open, communicative and team-oriented way of dealing with stakeholders & your colleagues.
