You process telephone and written requests primarily for group bookings You are our client:inside as a contact person:in available and answer competently by telephone and written questions of our guests Individual quotation of group requests taking into account price policy Independently following the offer until departure (follow ups, contract creation, function sheet creation) Creating deposit and final accounts primarily for group bookings Processing complaints in consultation with the Head of Division Invoicing corrections mainly of group accounts You enter the reservations in our PMS (Mews) or the reservation system TARS You will be greeting the guest tabs and dates them as needed You are in close contact with all relevant departments (revenue, reception and sales) You are also responsible for ensuring optimal utilization of the two hotels You control compliance with the expiry and cancellation periods You edit No Show and Waiting Lists

You have completed training, ideally with first knowledge from the hotel industry Your German and English are fluent in word and writing You are safe in handling MS Office (Excel & PPT) You have first knowledge in handling PMS, CRM and CRS systems (Mews and TARS of advantage) You are interested in new systems and tools You set an independent, reliable and committed way of working, show high self-initiative and readiness to learn You have team skills, flexibility, resilience, responsibility and have fun at work You are a positive and optimistic person with a lot of passion in dealing with our guests You have an open appearance and a pronounced customer orientation
