Intensify our motivated, collegial planning team, work in projects of product and process development and support in implementation They maintain and optimize production processes in the field of surface technology (coating system/powder coating) and determine relevant time data according to the REFA method theory They set up jobs/systems according to Lean methods, optimize them and agree with the assembly, manufacturing and logistics areas Your area of responsibility also includes the mapping of work planning-relevant data in SAP and the creation of production-relevant documents (e.g. work plans, test and work instructions as well as checklists) They support quality departments in the processing of quality reports

You have a successfully completed training as well as a further training as a master or technician with the focus of process/surface technology Ideally, you bring the necessary know-how of process technology and have experience in the process chain (pretreatment / masking / various painting methods / application technology) You have a multi-year professional experience in assembly or surface engineering A REFA training is desirable They want to actively shape and advance changes, possess enforcement and are highly resilient Analytical thinking, an independent way of working and team skills Secure handling of MS-Office and SAP complete your profile
