IT Compliance Officer – Operational Implementation & Consulting (m/f/d)

The IT management team of the FERI Group supports both the local and the cloud-based IT infrastructure for over 280 employees. We not only ensure the smooth operation of the IT systems, but also support the specialist departments in day-to-day business and actively support them in the implementation of digitalization projects. IT compliance only unfolds its value when it works in everyday life. Their mission is to bring regulatory requirements such as DORA and BSI IT basic protection from theory into practice: as a functioning procedure, tested resilience and loadable evidence. Your mission You work closely with the operational IT teams, translate requirements into implementable solutions and ensure compliance is lived, tested and traceable – pragmatic, effective and sustainable.

Transfer of IT policies (including DORA, BSI IT-Grundschutz) in operational procedures, runbooks and work instructions Support and enablement of the operational IT teams in implementation Planning and implementation of efficacy and resilience tests (e.g. failover, restore, tabletop tests) Conducting control tests including detection testing (e.g. tickets, logs, reports) Reporting of status, finding, risks and measures including consistent follow-up Operational support of business continuity management (BIA, BCP, tests and exercises) Care of IT compliance topics in the GRC platform RIMAGO Close cooperation with IT operations and risk management

Experience in IT operation or in an ISMS/IT compliance-related role Very good knowledge of regulatory requirements, in particular DORA, with focus on operational implementation Practical knowledge in the BSI IT basic protection or ISO/IEC 27000 Ability to translate requirements into concrete, implementable procedures Structured, independent and solution-oriented mode of operation Very good German in word and writing, English of advantage Experience with GRC tools (e.g. RIMAGO), ITSM/CMDB environments or other standards such as ISO 27001, ITIL or COBIT is advantageous
