Your tasks – civil engineering planning with effect As part of our integral planning team, you take on the technical responsibility for the infrastructure base of our projects. You not only design the ground, You create the basis on which our buildings are located – technically sound, digitally supported and with a view to sustainability. Digital terrain modeling (DGM): Creation of precise terrain models and mass models as a basis for costing and execution Planning according to HOAI: Processing of power phases 1–5 in the field of underground and outdoor installations, including drainage planning and traffic areas Standards & Standards: Measurement and demonstration of transport and drainage systems in accordance with DIN, DWA and relevant technical guidelines Approvals & Procedures: Compilation of hydrological approval documents, dewatering requests and consultations with authorities and utilities Design of execution: Detailed planning of civil engineering works – from concept to structurally mature solution External partners control: coordination and technical examination of external engineering offices taking into account quality, costs and dates Interdisciplinary interface work: close coordination with project management, architecture, statics, building technology and construction design BIM-oriented work: Model-based planning according to the GOLDBECK-BIM strategy – efficient, transparent and pioneering

Graduate degree in civil engineering (focus on civil engineering), landscape architecture or comparable training (technician / master (m/w/d)) First to multi-year practical experience in civil engineering planning, ideally in the HOAI performance phases 1–5 Knowledge of relevant regulations (HOAI, VOB, DIN standards, DWA) Safe handling of digital planning tools (CAD, BIM, AVA systems) Communication strength, initiative and the ability to advance projects professionally and organizationally Become part of the success story at GOLDBECK
