You analyze market, consumer and competitive developments and make recommendations for the further development of the global brand strategy and marketing activities. You work closely with the Global Brand Lead. You support the development of global brand plans and work with the business units as well as adjacent functions to sustainably promote brand strength and performance. You are responsible for the development and introduction of product innovations and portfolio enhancements and ensure that You fit the brand and meet the needs of consumers and markets. You work with various interfaces, such as R&D, Consumer Insights. You support the development and implementation of global brand registers, communication concepts and campaigns and contribute to an efficient brand presence in all markets. You ensure compliance with the brand guidelines and promote consistent brand management across all relevant touchpoints and business units. You analyze relevant brand and performance key figures, evaluate the effectiveness of initiatives and guide optimization potentials. You have a successfully completed degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a comparable degree course, ideally with international orientation. You look back on several years of professional experience in brand management, ideally in an international FMCG company. You have experience in developing and implementing brand strategies as well as marketing and communication measures. You have experiences in innovation project management (product innovations, portfolio extensions) and in the control of cross-functional teams You draw on very good knowledge of market, consumer and competitive analyses and feel sattelfest in dealing with brand key figures You have extensive experience in cooperation with market research, agencies and international stakeholders.
