Technical Architect Salesforce (m/f/d)

End-to-end architecture: You unleash and document complex architectures across the entire platform – from sales/service to marketing suite to data cloud. You are responsible for data modeling, API/Event designs and cross-cloud workflows. Technical governance: You ensure the quality and standards of our projects. You define guidelines for security-by-design, scalability and IT security and ensure that architecture decisions are sustainable in the long term. Standards & Code Excellence: You provide coding and documentation standards (e.g. for Apex, LWC, but also SSJS/AMPscript in the marketing context). You conduct architectural reviews and consider the technical roadmap of our customers. Technical direction: You control the implementation and accompany the developer team at Custom Developments, complex integrations (REST/SOAP, Platform Events) and challenging data migration. Strategic stakeholder management: You translate business visions into technical reality. You carry out requirement analyses at C-level level and meet expectations through clear Gap analyses between actual and nominal architecture. AI in everyday life: You define how AI-relevant functions can be implemented with our customers and guide the team for the internal optimal use of AI functionalities in everyday development. Coaching & Mentoring: You are mentor for developers and junior architects. You support technical excellence in the team and understandably convey complex issues to specialist and IT stakeholders.

DEIN PROFIL Long-standing experience: You look back at at at least 7 years of salesforce project experience, including several years in an architecture or lead role with end-to-end responsibility. Training & qualification: You have a completed training or study in the field of (economic) computer science or bring a comparable technical qualification. Cross-Cloud know-how: You master Salesforce Core as well as marketing and data cloud and bring deep platform expertise. Governor Limits, Event Driven Architecture, Identity Management and Performance Tuning are your daily craftsmanship. Methodology & DevOps: You master the establishment of modern DevOps processes (Salesforce DX, Git, CI/CD) and have experience in managing technical teams. Certifications: You are ideally Certified Application or System Architect. Further specializations (e.g. Marketing Cloud Developer or Data Cloud Consultant) are a big plus. KI competence: You have in-depth AI expertise, actively shape their responsible commitment in your area of responsibility and act as an enabler for customers and internally at adesso. Language skills: Your very good knowledge of German and good English allows you to communicate with you on all levels.
