ABN is part of Schneider Electric and specialist for counter and distributor systems. At the Neuenstadt site, we manufacture components for energy distribution systems – from standardised counter positions to customer-specific solutions.

In order to strengthen our team, we are looking for a specialist in sheet metal processing (w/m/d)

The focus of the site is on the professionally independent operation and the ruffle of our TRUMPF TruPunch 5000.

Your tasks Professionally independent operation and turnout of a TRUMPF TruPunch 5000 Processing of serial orders by production plan (including material handling and program start) Implementation of tool, material and format changes in defined frames Ensure quality by first-part and ongoing tests including Documentation Detection and correcting simple process deviations (e.g. dimensional accuracy, hole image, burr formation) Disorder analysis in the context of activity and escalation in complex causes Technical support and guidance of machine operators Feedback of production progress, disturbances and quality deviations Use and support on other systems of sheet metal processing at operating level (e.g. for capacity shifts or bottlenecks)

Your profile Complete metallurgical design, e.g. as a structural mechanic, industrial mechanic, tool mechanic or comparable As an alternative: completed training as a machine and plant leader in metal technology with several years of relevant professional experience in sheet metal processing Experience in operating and running CNC punching systems, ideally TRUMPF TruPunch 5000 Safe handling of technical drawings, test plans and tolerances Understanding punching technology, tool logic, material handling and quality requirements Ability to identify quality and process deviations and to correct them within a defined framework Structured, independent and careful operation Willingness to work in shiftwork Ability to guide machine operators Good German knowledge Your next step - apply naturally!
