In addition to six shopping centers in northern Germany, including in Flensburg, Kiel and Lübeck also with its own CITTI food specialist markets, the globally active HMS Hanseatic Marine Services is one of us.

Our over 250-person IT department contributes decisively to our growth and success. In addition to software development, this includes the control and networking of IT systems, the development and implementation of security architecture, the entire IT operation of all applications and systems hosted in their own data center, as well as IT support and the organisation and implementation of IT strategy projects.

Teamleiter (m/w/d) IT Change & Knowledge Management

Professional and disciplinary responsibility for IT-Change & Knowledge Management incl. strategic development Establishment and sustainable anchoring of IT-Change & Knowledge Management Development of concepts and methods to support IT-related change processes and to build sustainable knowledge Advice and qualification of IT employees and managers in change and transformation projects Ensuring address-oriented and target-group-oriented IT communication leadership, further development and capacity control of the team Responsibility for budget planning, control and maintenance

Complete study of economics or comparable qualifications Multiannual experience in successful monitoring of change processes and knowledge transfer in software launches Experience in the professional and disciplinary leadership of a team of at least 3 employees Impressed team and social competence as well as an appreciation, development-oriented leadership style High communication and conflictability associated with decision-making and enforcement across all hierarchy levels High level of entrepreneurial thinking and sense of responsibility very good knowledge of German and English
