Account Manager (m/w/d)

The place shall be occupied without delay. This will make you You take over the commercial management of transaction processes within the framework of project and quarter development and are an important interface between internal departments and external partners. Commercial control & consolidation: You manage several project developments commercially and bundle all economic topics across the project. Transactions & Cost Monitoring: You support purchase and purchase processes and plausibility project costs based on cost-effectiveness calculations, project contracts and financing plans. Key figures & risks: You prepare project key figures and evaluate project risks. Decision templates & treaties: You create policy templates for shareholders: inside and outside the board, You vote with stakeholders and examine draft contracts for project costs and purchase prices. Negotiations & additional tasks: You accompany negotiations with joint venture partners and, if necessary, take over other position-related tasks – even outside your immediate responsibility. This will bring you Education & Study: You have completed your studies in business management, real estate management, as a business lawyer:in or business engineer:in Professional experience: You look back on a multiannual practical experience in housing and real estate, as well as in transaction processes, with a focus on residential properties Legal background: Legal basic understanding and experience in the handling of contracts, e.g. in the field of contractors or general contractors. Ideally, experience in data space work also completes your profile. Communication & solution-oriented thinking: negotiation skills, safe occurrence to internal and external partners bring you with you.
