Service Provider Controller in Billing Management (f-m-d)

Then we'll get you! The area of billing management is responsible for billing to our end customers (electricity, gas, e-mobility, energy services). To this end, we work with service providers. As a DL controller, you are responsible for managing the service providers as well as monitoring agreed quality standards, service levels and contractual contents.

Design and adaptation of the service contract Development and monitoring of service KPIs as a function of the contractual scope of service Collection and evaluation of service provider reports co-design of processes for service and performance monitoring Measures management to improve service quality Escalation and claim management for bad/lower performance

Successfully completed Bachelor studies Very pronounced communication and conflict skills Structured working and a good feeling for numbers Conceptual skills and design will knowledge of the energy industry
