System Administrator Windows Server & Infrastructure (m/f/d)

You enter systems and system landscapes and ensure operation in a standardized environment. You actively contribute to relevant content and quality requirements. You are administering applications with different components and implementing adjustments while complying with policies in regular operation. In addition, you'll be planning the operational and application documentation as well as the emergency plans. You finalise faults in 2nd and 3rd level support while maintaining SLAs – including the integration of manufacturers. You take over the sizing, provision and operation of individual server systems. You implement new technical requirements within IT projects. You implement security policies in the Windows environment. You start scripts to automate operating functions. You monitor the hardware life cycle, including ensuring maintenance contracts, and coordinate the exchange. You monitor the system availability and system performance proactively. You participate in the 24x7 readiness.

You have completed vocational training in the IT field or have comparable or further knowledge. You have a well-founded knowledge of Microsoft server operating systems as well as experience in providing, operating and troubleshooting Windows server systems (including log evaluation). You have experience in handling manufacturer-specific management tools and virtualization solutions (e.g. DELL OME, iDRAC, vCenter, VMware). You have knowledge of the administration and administration of IT infrastructures, in particular in the fields of patch management (WSUS), NTP, group guidelines and ideally Active Directory Services. I'm sure you're going to PowerShell with the script creation. You are characterized by a high degree of sense of responsibility, self-initiative, and team capacity. You have good knowledge of German in word and writing as well as basic knowledge of English. You are always dealing with solutions and targets by addressing proactive challenges and developing efficient solutions to achieve the goals set.
