Expert Internal Relations & Leadership Communications - limited to 18 months (m/f/d)

For our internal areas, we are looking for you as an Experte Internal Relations & Leadership Communications (w/m/d) for 18 months.

Communication – As part of the Corporate Communications Team, you are responsible for the communication of our Chief People Officer - from content positioning, internal and external appearances to media work. Content – You create communication sets for executive and collaborative communication, for internal and external presence dates as well as for diverse media channels – with a special focus on HR-relevant topics. In addition, you plan and tax social media activities and support media work. Conception - Together with your team, you develop communication concepts based on the corporate and HR strategy and translate them into measures, formats and messages. Change - The advice and participation in the communication of transformation projects is also one of your tasks. Project Management - You work with your team on the planning, implementation and further development of internal and external events.

You have completed your studies in communications, media or economics, marketing or a comparable degree program. You have at least five years of experience in corporate communication or consulting, service or agency environment. In addition, you have experience in Leadership Communication, personal support for C-Level executives and in Issue and Crisis Communication. You have well-founded knowledge of economic, financial and social issues and connect it with current HR trends to identify and develop topics. You have a strong interest in AI-assisted work and are already using AI tools specifically for your communication work. You have very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing. You can convince our team with your structured and solution-oriented way of working as well as a safe occurrence and target-group-oriented presentation skills.

There are no core working times – in the context of operational requirements and labour law requirements, you can make your working time flexible.
