Staff management: With your expertise, you process the personnel matters of the employees, from the recruitment to the termination of the employment relationship. This includes, for example, the implementation of job placement procedures, the creation of employment contracts, the processing of temporary questions, groupings, part-time, parental leave, implementations and much more. Legal application: You apply the diverse and complex provisions of collective bargaining and labour law and take into account internal requirements. Advice: You are the first contact person* for our employees in personal and labour law issues, advise the managers and develop sustainable solutions together. Project work: In addition, you participate in the continuous development of the department (e.g. optimization and digitization of processes, internationalization, marketing, and necessary adjustments due to legal changes).

Academic qualification: As a basis, you have a successfully completed (specialized) university degree (Bachelor) of the administrative, economic or legal sciences, like a Bachelor of Laws. Professional experience: At best, you have been able to gain professional experience in human resources. Experience in public service or higher education is also desirable. Further expertise: You can inspire yourself to all themes around the staff area and especially like to work with legal texts. The safe handling of the MS Office products is of course for you. Language skills: Very good knowledge of German (C2 level) and good knowledge of English (B2 level). Social competences: You convince by a safe appearance and act confidently and cooperatively with the different actors of the university.
