Continuous university studies, ideally staff management, BWL with relevant specialisation First experience in recruiting and/or in personnel work desirable Self-employed working and communication security, strong learning wills and no bareness to introduce your own ideas Good knowledge of MS Office products (excel) Flowing German and English skills
