The focus of the position is on the professional training, support and further development of our drivers in the theoretical and practical fields. This includes: Planning and organisation of training courses for our training courses according to professional drivers qualification law (§9 para. 2) nationwide recognized training courses Implementation of training in the context of theory and practice for motorists in commercial distribution Coordination and deployment planning of our specialist lecturers Creating curricula and defining training objectives Procurement and deployment planning of training material Support and advice of drivers and fleet managers in the field of driving licence and professional drivers qualification rights Communication with competent authorities and administrations in connection with the recognition and monitoring of BKF further education Implementation of annual instructions (social regulations, risk management, etc.) Information and advice of staff who plan and organize the use of drivers and motor vehicles Technical advice and support of the Transgourmet Technology Team Germany-wide readiness to travel

Qualification as a driving instructor (C/CE) Professional experience in adult education (probably professional drivers) Basic knowledge in the field of road transport law Detections of prescribed training for instructors (§53 FahrlG) and for trainers or trainers Teaching staff (§7 BKrFQV) Training certificate or comparable educational qualifications Very good didactic, methodological preparation of the training contents for knowledge and skill placement High degree of independent and independent work Interdisciplinary and process-oriented thinking Very good communication skills, empathy, as well as particularly strong team skills Routinized handling of digital media and MS Office programs
