Team management of a software project team consisting of Development and Test/Verification Engineers Head of Team Meetings incl. coordination with other Product Owners Planning and distribution of tasks to the Team/Product Owners Create schedules and budget planning, collect KPIs and represent the software project Liebherr internally and before customers / authorities Implementation of Change Management Boards Support in defining required infrastructure (licenses, project-specific tools,...) Creation and responsibility of planning and admission documents according to RTCA DO-178C Organization and support in the presentation of the software project in customer reviews and authorities audits Interface to the system, electronics and simulator construction departments (in cooperation with test coordinators and component managers) Interface to Sub-Supplier (Monitoring, SOW, Work Packages, Review...) Coordination of the approach of project-specific topics with the process manager, management, representatives of quality assurance and/or test coordinator(s) SW Development of software for embedded systems for aviation applications according to RTCA DO-178C Implementation of technical requirements and detailed specifications for the optimal use of software architecture, assemblies and control systems Responsibility Programmatic, technical and approval Dates, Budget and KPIs Main interface for customers, program management, system, purchasing and supplier Implementation and organisation of customer reviews/audits Monitoring and implementation of the change management process and support in ensuring the process is adhered to Ensuring compliance with costs, dates and promised content (interest, customer and authority) in the required quality

Successfully completed studies in the field of computer science, electrical engineering, electronics or similar qualifications Experience in the development of software in aviation proven experience with software development of complex systems and software tools (requirement, design and coding tools) Knowledge and basic knowledge with software verification Experience in the development of software in aerospace (RTCA DO-178C) or in similar domains (e.g. medicine, automotive) Ability to guide development teams (classical and agile methods) Enforcement, negotiation skills and self-responsibility Communication strength and analytical thinking Very good English skills, German basic knowledge desirable
