Support for strategic business planning and participation in the creation, management and monitoring of budgets, financial plans and forecasts Creation, analysis and commentary of monthly, quarterly and annual accounts Preparation of meaningful reports and presentations for management, banks, shareholders and other stakeholders Implementation of cost and performance accounts and analysis of deviations and appropriate measures Creation of ad hoc analyses and business evaluations to support entrepreneurial decisions Implementation of pre- and post-calculations for products and production orders Development, maintenance and analysis of hourly, aggregate and settlement rates Determination and monitoring of production costs and analysis of cost structures Implementation of inventory assessments and support in inventory optimization Participation in income calculation and income analysis Implementation of economic accounts and investment analyses Development, implementation and monitoring of relevant production and financial indicators Continuous development of controlling processes, reporting instruments and analysis tools

Successfully completed studies of Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering or Comparative Qualification Solid professional experience in controlling, ideally in the production or factory controlling of an industrial company Very good knowledge of cost accounting, costing and economic analysis Safe handling of ERP systems as well as very good MS-Excel knowledge Analytical thinking as well as pronounced number and process affinity Structured, independent and solution-oriented operation Communication strength and safe occurrence to different contact persons Good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
