Team & Project Management / Modern Learning Methods (m/f/d)

Administration & development of our learning platform: You support the learning platform ILIAS and develop them technologically and didactically to implement modern advanced and advanced concepts for more than 80,000 registered users. Quality management & standardization: You ensure compliance with existing standards and create new quality guidelines within the ILIAS environment. Learning formats & Didactics development: You design and implement modern e-learning scenarios as well as digital learning offers and continuously refine the didactic concepts. Content creation & Media review: You create, process and revise scientifically sound learning content, examine copyright aspects and research suitable image and accompanying materials. Project Management & Partner Network: You independently conduct projects or subprojects and work closely with partner institutions of the healthcare sector. Training & user support: You carry out trainings for internal and external user groups and support them in the handling of the learning platform – across the range and in line with needs. Evaluation & Result Analysis: You plan and implement evaluations using an external tool (evasys), evaluate the results and manage measures to improve. Team coordination & assistance control: You coordinate slightly staff in the field of team and project assistance and coordinate their tasks to the project objectives.

Competence: You have completed their studies in the field of information management, media sciences or a comparable field of expertise. Experience: You have already gained experience in the design of modern learning formats. IT skills: You bring good knowledge of the entire office package as well as modern communication techniques (e.g. web conference programs). You are also versed in the implementation and editorial of content and the application of author tools (e.g. iSpring, Camtasia). Experiences in image and video editing as well as applications from Adobe Creative Cloud and content management systems complete your profile.
