IT Supporter - 1st & 2nd Level / Active Directory (m/f/d)

You are the first point of contact for our corporate customers and independently process IT requests in 1st level support via telephone and ticket system. You analyze and solve disturbances around Windows clients, Microsoft 365, hardware, and printers, ensuring smooth operation. You manage user accounts and permissions in Microsoft Active Directory and Exchange. In complex cases, especially in the Citrix environment, you work closely with the 2nd level support and escalate it structured. You carefully document all requests and solutions in our ticket system and thus actively contribute to the development of knowledge in the team.

You bring at least 1 year of professional experience in IT support or helpdesk and are safe in handling ticket systems. You have good knowledge of the administration of Microsoft environments (e.g. Active Directory, Exchange) and ideally Citrix. With your service-oriented and communicative way, you will find a suitable solution for every need and ensure satisfied users. A structured, independent and solution-oriented way of working is characterized by you. As a dedicated team player, you also keep a cool head in labor-intensive phases and support your colleagues. You communicate safely in German and English to serve our team and users as much as possible.
