(Senior) Audio Programmer / DSP Engineer (m/f/d)

The Audio Programmer / DSP Engineer (m/w/d) in the field of media technology and system integration is responsible for the planning, programming, integration, measurement and maintenance of media technology systems used in modern work, training and event environments. You act as technical contact for sophisticated audio solutions, ensure the quality and develop our innovative systems significantly. Highly available audio systems, scalable DSP architectures and modern network audio technologies form a key basis for our solutions. After thorough incorporation, your activity includes the following tasks: Technical planning and development of complex audio and DSP system architectures Programming and configuration of DSP platforms and audio processing systems Creation of sophisticated signal processing concepts (e.g. routing, dynamics, EQ, matrix systems) Development and optimization of audio algorithms and signal flow structures Design, measurement and coordination of acoustic sound systems Integration of network audio technologies (e.g. Dante, AES67, AVB) Development of control logics and system automation for complex AV environments Implementation and management of commissioning, measurements and system tuning on site Analysis, diagnosis and correction of complex system errors (3rd level support) Creation of technical documentation, system designs and standards Technical coordination with project management, customers and adjacent structures Support in the further development of internal standards and system concepts

Complete study or comparable qualification in the field of audio technology / sound engineering / media technology / event technology (with appropriate specialization) Multiannual professional experience in the planning, programming or commissioning of audio and DSP systems Deep knowledge of digital signal processing (DSP), (DSP), (filters, dynamic processors, delay, matrix routing, AEC etc.) Understanding acoustics, sound technology and system design Experience with network audio (Dante, AES67, AVB) and AV-over-IP Safe handling of measuring and analysis tools Knowledge of Gain Structure, Latin Management and System Optimization Ideally experience in scripting, logical programming or API integration Good knowledge of network technology (VLAN, QoS, Multicast) Personal competencies: punctuality and reliability Social competence and sovereignty in dealing with customers Self-responsible and self-responsible thinking and action, also under term printing Structured operation, high problem solving competence and team skills Ready to travel for commissioning and project deployments German and English skills in word and writing Valid driving class B
