Our care facilities are managed by responsible managers who work closely with their teams. The Senior Head of Department is responsible for the field and is responsible for one of the four stationary houses as head of the institution. As part of a follow-up scheme based on retirement, we are looking for a dedicated personality that shares our values and, together with the teams, actively contributes to the future of our nursing facilities and other services in the area of senior citizens. Support us from 01.06.2025 or later – indefinitely and with 39 hours/week – as senior management (m/w/d).
