You are responsible for the IT-based processing of insured requests of our members. You are responsible for the need-oriented support of team management in times of increased work. You support data management.

You are currently immatriculated at a German (special) university or university. You have very good PC skills. You have a quick understanding and willingness to perform and learn. A careful and independent way of working distinguishes you. You have a strong understanding of services. Team skills and cooperation will complete your profile.

Get first insights into modern procedures in the field of health and care insurance. Benefit from an above-average remuneration (16.50 euros/hour). You can arrange work and private life through flexible and family-friendly working hours with up to 20 hours per week during the lecture period up to 39 hours per week during the lecture period (maximum up to 26 weeks per year).
