Accountant - WEG & Mietverwaltung (m/f/d)

Accounting Management: You create the housing bills for the WEG administration as well as the additional cost bills for the rental and SE administration. Financial accounting: You take over the debitor and creditor accounting, control the open positions and control the dunning. Master data maintenance: You are responsible for the precise control and input of master data into our systems. Interface function: You work closely with tax advisors in the rental administration and act as competent/contact person:in. Customer contact: In case of queries about billing, you are the first point of contact for our customers and clarify concerns service-oriented.

Education: A completed commercial training, ideally focusing on real estate management or accounting. Expertise: You have absolutely necessary experience in WEG and rental management as well as a deep understanding of accounting processes. Personality: You are convinced by your own initiative, team skills and motivation to actively shape our internal processes. Additional qualification: A high IT affinity and an understanding of automatisms in accounting are explicitly desired.

Equipment: A modern workplace with current technical equipment for efficient work. Flexibility: The place is full-time – we offer you the opportunity to work 100% remote or use our office in Munich.
