Our department is located in production planning, more precisely in factory planning. With the Future Office Strategy (FOS), we change the working world of over 20,000 people in the Stuttgart area. We accompany the colleagues from the classical world of work into a working world in the sharing and collaboration. In this large-scale project we have a high variety of topics, such as office planning, project management, communication, digitalization, work protection, labour law, etc. For the strategic project management of the Future Office strategy, we are now looking for a creative head that helps us control the project, to accompany it communicatively, but also to develop it strategically. These challenges come to you: Cooperation and support of the project management in the holistic and cross-functional planning and control of FOS projects, including support in the preparation and implementation of planning workshops, preparation of control circuits and internal voting dates, creation, tuning and follow-up of schedules, project controlling in terms of costs, dates and quality

tuning of execution volumes as well as the preparation of specifications (load booklet, performance agreement, etc.)

Coordination of project participants in the structures responsible for factory planning, control of the preparation of appropriate specialist planning, alignment with project-related premises and framework conditions

Creating presentations, decision templates, documentation, economic considerations, reports, etc.

Care and further development of the Future Office Strategy Communication, in particular our Social Intranet page

We are a small team that works together intensively - so we need especially people who are team players and are happy to work on new topics

The internship can start from October 2025.

Course in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Real Estate Administration, Civil Engineering, Architecture or a comparable course of study with a deepening in Facility Management

Secure knowledge of German and English in word and writing

Safe handling of MS Office, especially very good knowledge in PowerPoint

Knowledge in the field of graphics or communication design is desirable, alternatively, to be able to easily and responsively present a high affinity of complex topics

Experiences and expertise in graphic design and a high degree of creativity and independent conception with a view for visually appealing designs

High affinity for facility management and project management (area strategy, real estate strategy, building operation, planning and management of projects)

Interest and openness to work into different projects and digital tools with different technical content

Independent, structured and targeted mode of operation
