Task profile:
You carry out operational personnel work over the entire employee cycle. In doing so, you provide comprehensive support to employees and create personal documents such as work contracts, contract changes, certificates and certificates. You support the creation and evaluation of HR key figures and personal statistics. You create the monthly wage and salary bills with DATEV independently taking into account the wage tax, social insurance and labour law requirements.
