• As an expert:in, you will optimise and modify Microsoft (Cloud) solutions and are the main contact person when it comes to Modern Workplace with Microsoft 365, Exchange and Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Azure Solutions.
• In this context, you receive technical customer requests and develop the specific requirements for our solutions.
• Based on these findings, you develop individual solutions by combining new approaches with best practices.
• To ensure that these solutions act as efficiently as possible, you design and model the business processes of our customers and thus show further potential for improvement and prospects for deployment.
• You carry out workshops at C-Level level and support our sales teams in presales and offerings.

Your skills? More than interesting:

• Complete technical studies, e.g. in business informatics, specialist informatics, computer science or related training, e.g. as a specialist informant:in or a merchant for digitalization management
• Multiannual (5+) experience in dealing with IT Consulting, especially in Microsoft environment, additional knowledge in Microsoft Hybrid, Cloud Infrastructures, Windows 10 Design, Intune, Autopilot and Security environment are a big plus
• Know-how in Exchange, Microsoft Teams and Microsoft 365 incl. licensing
• Analytical and Structured Operation
