You create and implement building plans as well as statutes according to the BauGB and thus create the legal basis for sustainable urban development. You are working on individual urban projects and introducing modern planning approaches. STADTPLANATION WITH WEITBLICK You will set up structural and framework plans for future-oriented urban development. PROJEKTMANAGEMENT You are responsible for managing and coordinating urban projects.

QUALIFIKATION You have completed university studies in the fields of architecture with deepening urban planning, urban planning and Spatial planning or completed university studies with comparable priorities. A construction department in the field of “Technical Services” (Städtebau) is desirable. You have a three-year professional experience in the areas of urban planning and construction planning. RECHTSKENNTNISSE You have a well-founded knowledge in planning law or public building law and bring secure IT/CAD knowledge. ENGAGEMENT & TEAMWORK You are resilient, flexible, motivated and reliable and you have a good problem solving capability. KOMMUNIKATION You have a safe appearance, persuasiveness, communication skills and are customer-oriented. IT-AFFINITIES You are interested in new technologies, especially in connection with the smart city, the digital twin and the digital building office. You have German knowledge at level C2 of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages.
