Commercial clerk – order center (m/f/d)

You collect pay-hour records, check and edit input invoices and create statistics and output invoices to our customers You take over the general data collection such as e.g. the master and qualification data, the time monitoring and the maintenance of our contractors You support the billing and documentation of customer orders and suppliers You capture material movement, assist in the inventory of our scaffolding material and contribute to the preparation of the monthly closing

You have a commercial training, ideally with at least three years of professional experience as a commercial specialist in the construction industry Secure handling of SAP (R3, FI, CO) and MS Office Ideally you can communicate in English Personally, you score with their strong team spirit, high self-motivation and their independent and careful working
