Soldier in Information Technology (m/f/d)

During your training, you specialize in system administration, network administration, IT security or satellite communication. ...as a team soldier: You are involved in setting up and operating IT systems. You support the construction and operation of satellite communication in the Bundeswehr. You use IT systems, set up technical device parameters as well as operating modes and serve them, including all accessories. You contribute to IT security and take care of user care. ...as a fieldwebel: You check and evaluate the installation, maintenance and security of IT systems in the Bundeswehr. You monitor the use of the IT shares provided by you and are a contact point for the users. You administrate servers, server platforms, clients as well as applications and manage user accounts, access rights and directory services. You implement security measures to ensure the integrity and confidentiality of information.

You have German citizenship and are at least 18 years old (17 years with the consent of the caregiver). You've completed the minimum school time for the team's career. You have a real school degree for the career of the fieldwebel. Alternatively, you have successfully completed the primary school and vocational training.

You get an attractive salary (2.321 Euro to 3.873 Euro net) and a variety of additional training options. You will receive family/children's allowances as well as allowances for foreign assignments.
