Employees Operational Billing Processes (m/f/d)

You control the production of the fee billing of our doctors and monitor the legal and contractual dates. You assemble documents with our in-house software and forward them to our internal and external partners. You coordinate appointments with the relevant internal areas of billing. You carefully document work processes and contribute to the steadily growing process automation and digitization.

You have completed commercial training, preferably as a businesswoman in health care, or completed training as a specialist in system integration. Ideally, you are already familiar with the structures and processes of public administration and can provide this expertise directly. You have experience in handling tasks according to clearly structured processes and specifications. A high level of accuracy, care and detailed orientation in the processing of (standardized) tasks are featured. You will also remain quiet under time pressure and can easily handle deadlines. You have the ability to engage in individual software environments in a very short time. You have enforcement strength and can express themselves well orally and in writing. Team skills and a high level of readiness complete your profile.
