You support the implementation of pay adjustment processes, specifically in collective bargaining, budget and calculatory analyses. You also act as a central interface to payroll and enters pay-related projects. You will develop existing compensation and benefit systems (Compensation & Benefits). Another focus of your tasks is the operational support and implementation of employee benefits. You are responsible for ad hoc evaluations and the execution of analyses on personal business issues as well as reporting with SAP HR. In coordination and exchange, you carry out personnel planning (HC, RTD, budget) as well as plan/actual analysis. You understand how to assemble analyses and reports for management and provide them to the departments.

You bring a completed business studies with a focus on HR, controlling or comparable qualification. Alternatively you have a completed commercial training (e.g. as an industrial merchant (w/m/d)) incl. (m/w/d) and Controlling. You have several years of experience and well-founded expertise in operational personnel work and current HR topics. You have knowledge in HR Reporting, HR Controlling and HR Analytics. In addition to very good user knowledge in SAP HCM, SAP FiCo, SAP BI Analytics and Office 365 (incl. Excel), you have good German and English language skills in word and writing. Your strengths include strong analytical ability, a good understanding of the interpretation of numbers, process-oriented thinking and a high conceptual competence. You work in a structured and result-oriented manner with high quality standards on your work, especially regarding the plausibility of numbers. You like to work in the team and understand how to communicate with different interfaces and contacts (e.g. executives, employees).
