BGE Addiction Officer (m/f/d)

As a BGE-further investigator, you are a trustee for employees and executives and act independently, neutral, instruction-free and confidential in this function. You advise and inform employees, executives and works councils on preventive topics as well as on intervention and risk of addiction. A further focus is on the organisation and further development of the operational measures of the search prevention and search assistance programme, including the design and implementation of communication strategies (digital and print media) in coordination with the control group. You have a university degree in the field of social work, social education, sociology, psychology, pedagogy or a comparable professional qualification. In addition, you will bring relevant professional experience in the field of search advice and prevention. You also have experience in interdisciplinary cooperation.
