You are responsible for the development, implementation and optimization of all lead generation measures from start to finish. For defined target accounts, you will unravel multi-touch campaigns that you will realize and develop independently. Through targeted lead-nurturing streams, you can ensure that the Conversion Council continues to improve along the entire customer journey. Whether trade fairs, roadshows, partner events, executive dinners or digital formats - you carefully plan the events and implement them professionally. In close coordination with Sales, you segment target groups, prioritize accounts and ensure that MQLs are further qualified to SQLs efficiently. You analyze the performance of your actions data-based and keep KPIs like ROI, Cost per Lead, MQL/SQL rate and Pipeline Contribution at any time. You control the entire marketing tunnel independently, including forecasting, target definition and planning for the upcoming quarters. Creative activations such as mailings, social snippets, short videos or microsites develop with a clear focus on effect and attention. You manage the budget for all demand generation activities and use it consciously, efficiently and strategically.

You bring at least 4 years of experience in B2B-demand generation, performance or field marketing - ideally in the SaaS/Tech environment, e-commerce or retail. You have already successfully generated and scaled qualified leads and understand how marketing measures have a measurable impact on the pipeline. Marketing automation tools such as HubSpot are safe and targeted to efficiently set up and optimize campaigns. A good creative feeling for storytelling, visuals as well as video and photo content characterizes you and flows into your campaigns. You have experience in Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and you know how to target audiences in an accurate and personalized manner. You bring very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
