As an engineer:in/special coordinator:in the field of management projects, you act as a technical:saving partner:in with decision-making competence. You work closely with our planners:inside and building officers to find solutions and ensure that all tasks and goals are achieved according to timetables and budgets. You take responsibility for the technical coordination of the planning and construction projects in the field of electricity. You ensure the achievement of the project objectives and continuously review the project progresses, including reporting of project status, budgets, progresses and risks, as well as other key figures. In close cooperation with your leadership, you ensure the efficient implementation of all the topics and strategic orientations in the field. This also includes the continuous improvement of internal processes and the management of process improvement projects as well as cooperation on cross-departmental projects. You independently identify qualification requirements in the field and implement appropriate measures for the further development of the employees. With your decision-making skills, you will independently solve technical and terminological complaints from customers. The support of your colleagues in the daily and project business completes your range of tasks.

You have a degree in supply engineering, electrical engineering or construction or a comparable qualification. You bring experience in the planning and construction of infrastructure, ideally in the field of electricity networks. You like to take responsibility and keep an overview of several simultaneous projects – you don't let yourself get out of your mind so quickly. You have team spirit and communicate at eye level.
