Demand analysis: identifying the need for infrastructure services and property, such as maintenance. Providing tenders: preparation and execution of tenders for facility services, incl. tender collection and comparison. Contract negotiations: negotiation of contracts and conditions with service providers and suppliers, in particular in the field of maintenance and maintenance. Supplier selection: Selection of suitable suppliers and service providers based on quality, cost and service criteria. Contract management: management and verification of maintenance, service, and delivery contracts as well as ensuring that the agreed services are provided. Maintain supplier relationships: build and maintain relationships with suppliers and service providers to provide a reliable service. Quality assurance: ensure that services such as safety and maintenance are provided in the required quality and in accordance with contractually defined standards. Risk management: assessment and reduction of risks, in particular in the field of safety and operational readiness of technical installations. Sustainability and Compliance: Ensure that the purchased services are in line with environmental standards and internal guidelines. (ESG conform) Coordination with internal departments: Close coordination with the Facility Management department and other relevant teams to ensure that all the needs of the organization are met.

Market knowledge: very good knowledge and experience of suppliers in the facility sector as well as the services offered, e.g. in the areas of maintenance Ability to negotiate terms with service providers and suppliers to achieve the best value for money. Legal knowledge: Basic knowledge of contract law and facility-specific regulations to ensure compliance with legal requirements. Organisational capacity: The ability to coordinate several service providers simultaneously and prioritize complex requirements. Self-employment: self-employed work after coordination of the product group strategy. Technical understanding: basic understanding of technical systems (e.g. heating, ventilation, air conditioning) to evaluate tenders and offers. Problem solving competence: The ability to act quickly in case of problems, in particular in case of disruptions to infrastructure or urgent maintenance requirements.
