In this role, you are a contact person for our customers, prospects and partners in healthcare. You are particularly concerned with doctors, dentists and practice owners around our billing and banking products and ensure a professional, reliable and long-term customer relationship. You professionally advise our customers on our services for private billing, factoring and banking – by phone, in writing and, if necessary, also personally. You address and develop existing customer relationships on the basis of our holistic approach to support and recognize potentials, changes or disruptions in the customer relationship at an early stage. You conduct satisfaction talks, support customer care, and participate in the recovery or stabilization of endangered customer relationships. You take over the service-oriented communication via hotline and chat, supported in questions about our applications and go professionally as well as solution-oriented with complaints and complaints.
